What we process

Qexus processes your search queries, public professional profiles, search history, saved candidates, API-key hashes and provider receipts to deliver the requested service. Sign-in is handled by the configured authentication provider. Credentials remain server-side and are not placed in browser storage.

Service providers

Bright Data Business Search is accessed through AgentMQ. TypeSafeAI Jev is accessed through AIRuntime to evaluate the professional relevance of up to ten profiles. Hosting and PostgreSQL are provided through RShift Sites. A query and the necessary profile facts are shared with those services when you explicitly run a live search.

Storage and controls

Fresh search results are reused for 24 hours to prevent duplicate provider charges. Search history, saved candidates and receipts persist until removed through support. We retain uncertain operation identities to prevent duplicate charges. API keys expire after 30 days and can be revoked. We do not use optional analytics, advertising pixels or third-party font services. Necessary sign-in storage and your interface language are used for the service.
