The service

Qexus finds publicly available professional and company profiles and evaluates relevance. Source information can be incomplete or outdated. AI assessments are probabilistic. Qexus does not verify email delivery, phone ownership, identity or employment eligibility. Independently confirm facts before acting.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully, respect privacy and source rights, and do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, spending limits or provider terms. Do not use inferred protected traits to make consequential employment, housing, education, credit, insurance or similar decisions.

Usage and charges

Provider usage is charged through your connected account. The pricing page distinguishes quoted prices, reservation ceilings and settlement. Successful empty results are billable. Qexus does not automatically top up your balance. Spending controls can make a request unavailable.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and as permitted by applicable law. No guaranteed accuracy, availability or business outcome is offered. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
